Career overview
Magner, formerly Alexis Ryan, has built a long career around speed, Classics strength and criterium racing. She first made her name in Europe with Canyon SRAM, winning Drentse Acht van Westerveld in 2018 and taking podiums at Omloop Het Nieuwsblad, Dwars door Vlaanderen and Ronde van Drenthe. After stepping back from full European racing, she returned to the American scene with L39ION of Los Angeles and Cynisca Cycling, adding major criterium results including repeated Athens Twilight victories. Magner joined EF Education-Oatly for 2026, returning to Women’s WorldTour racing after recovering from a serious crash at the 2025 Baloise Ladies Tour.
