For the 7th edition of La Course by Le Tour de France, the peloton will set out on a two-lap circuit, covering a total of 96km, and two passages of the 5.8 km long Côte de Rimiez (with an average gradient of 5%) before completing the race on the Promenade des Anglais in Nice. Lining up at 10am in the morning, the field will ride along the Mediterranean coast before heading the first time towards the third category Côte de Rimiez, at just 8km into the race. The riders will then loop back to complete a 50km circuit before heading onto a flat finishing straight in Nice.
