That gives UK viewers a live option which was not apparent when the first television schedules were published. The one uncertainty is access outside Germany. Regio TV is a regional German broadcaster and does not publish a clear international availability list for this particular stream, so a VPN set to Germany may be required if the player is geographically restricted.
The professional race covers 134.7km from Tamm back to Tamm, with most of the harder terrain coming before three 11.8km finishing circuits. Eleonora Gasparrini returns chasing a third consecutive victory, while Elisa Balsamo, Chiara Consonni, Cat Ferguson and a deep group of attackers give the 2026 edition considerably more depth than a simple defence of the title.

How to watch the Women’s Cycling GP Stuttgart 2026 live
The main viewing option is the Regio TV live stream.
Regio TV is the official television media partner for the combined Brezel Race and Women’s Cycling Grand Prix weekend. Its coverage is available through the broadcaster’s online service as well as its regional television network in Germany.
For UK viewers, the web stream is therefore the place to start.
There is no corresponding live listing on TNT Sports or HBO Max, despite several other races on Sunday being available through the usual international cycling broadcasters.

Regio TV’s core audience is in Germany and the broadcaster does not provide a clear country-by-country list showing where Sunday’s race stream can be accessed.
The sensible approach is to try the Regio TV Brezel Race page normally first.
If the player loads and starts, nothing else is required.
If it displays a geographical restriction or does not make the live broadcast available from outside Germany, a VPN connected to a German server may be needed.
It is worth checking before the race reaches its final hour rather than discovering the restriction when the decisive attacks have already started.
What time should you start watching?
The professional race begins at 12:10 BST, but the route gives viewers a clear point at which the racing should become more important.
The first 99km contain almost all of the classified climbing. Four mountain-prize passages come at kilometres 37.0, 45.4, 83.4 and 91.8 before the riders return to Tamm.
The second pair matters most.
By kilometre 83.4 there are only 51.3km remaining. At the final mountain prize, just under 43km remain. Teams trying to remove Balsamo, Gasparrini, Consonni and the other fast finishers cannot afford to leave all of their attacks until the flatter finishing circuits.
For anyone not watching from the start, 14:15-14:20 BST is a sensible target.
That should put the stream on before the second passage through the harder outer loop and comfortably before the return to Tamm.

The race does not provide the same detailed three-speed timetable used by the Grand Tours, so the later times should be treated as estimates rather than fixed appointments.
The useful window is much simpler: be watching by around 14:20 BST if you want the complete decisive phase.
The most important racing could happen before Tamm
The redesigned course gives the 2026 race a very different shape from the editions won by Gasparrini in Stuttgart.
Tamm now hosts both the start and finish. The riders complete two larger loops through the rolling Ludwigsburg district before returning for three short local circuits around Tamm, Asperg and Möglingen.

The second passage over the outer-loop climbs is the part to watch.
The same roads were tackled earlier in the race, but the circumstances are completely different when they return at kilometres 83.4 and 91.8. Riders who struggled on the first passage now have almost 90km in their legs, while teams can commit knowing there is less than an hour of racing left.
That is the best opportunity to reduce the field before the course becomes less selective around Tamm.
A team does not necessarily need to drop every sprinter.
Removing several of their teammates may be enough.

Elisa Balsamo is the clearest reason for the attacking teams to make the outer loop count.
If a sizeable group reaches the last two circuits and Lidl-Trek still have riders around her, Balsamo has one of the strongest finishes in the field.
Her recent victory at Classic Lorient Agglomération showed that a difficult one-day race does not need to finish with a large peloton for her sprint to remain decisive.
That makes the second set of climbs important for UAE Team L’IMAD, Movistar and the riders without Balsamo’s finishing speed.
The aim is not simply to make the race hard.
It is to make it hard enough that the strongest sprint teams return to Tamm without the numbers required to control every move.

Gasparrini is chasing three wins from three starts
Eleonora Gasparrini has an unusual record at this race.
Two starts.
Two victories.
She won from a three-rider group in 2024 and returned in 2025 to take another victory after a late attack. Neither result required a conventional bunch sprint.
That versatility is useful again.
Gasparrini is quick enough to win from a reduced group, but she does not need to wait for one. Against Balsamo in particular, attacking before the final sprint may be the better option.
UAE Team L’IMAD also have enough depth to avoid making Gasparrini their only card. Dominika Włodarczyk, Karlijn Swinkels and Silvia Persico all give the team opportunities to attack and force others to chase.
That could be particularly valuable on the second outer loop.
Every UAE rider ahead is one fewer rider available behind to help Balsamo.
Chiara Consonni adds another reason for the race to stay together
Balsamo is not the only rider capable of punishing an attacking team that fails to make its move stick.
Chiara Consonni also brings a strong sprint into Tamm and arrives with recent winning form.
That creates competing incentives.
The attackers need to reduce the race before the local circuits.
Several teams with fast riders have a reason to help bring those attacks back.
The more teams represented among the sprinters, the harder it becomes for one breakaway to exploit a stand-off behind.
That does not guarantee a sprint. Gasparrini’s previous wins are evidence enough of that.
It does mean an attack probably needs either the right combination of teams or a genuinely strong rider capable of sustaining the gap.
The start list is deeper than Gasparrini against the sprinters
The full Women’s Cycling GP Stuttgart & Region 2026 start list contains 114 riders from 19 teams.
Cat Ferguson gives Movistar a rider capable of surviving a hard race and still winning from a fast finish. Liane Lippert and Antonia Niedermaier provide very different threats if the outer loops become selective, while Franziska Koch, Caroline Andersson and Monica Trinca Colonel all have plausible routes into the decisive move.
The range of rider types makes the condition of the peloton when it returns to Tamm particularly revealing.
A large group with Lidl-Trek, UAE and Movistar still organised points towards a controlled finale.
A reduced group with riders isolated and several strong attackers already ahead creates a much less predictable final 35km.
Three finishing laps make the race easier to follow
Once the riders return to Tamm, the remaining 35.4km consists of three 11.8km circuits.
That should make the final part particularly straightforward to follow on the live stream.
The first lap will show which teams survived the harder outer section with useful numbers.
The second should be the main opportunity for riders who know they cannot beat Balsamo, Gasparrini or Consonni in a sprint.
By the bell, the balance moves towards the fastest riders. There is still room to attack, but every kilometre that passes gives the remaining sprint teams more control over where the race is heading.
There is no single steep climb on the local circuit to provide an obvious launch point.
The attacks have to create their own opportunity.
Stuttgart fits into a busy Sunday of racing
Sunday also contains La Choralis Fourmies Féminine and the final stage of the Vuelta a España, so the timings matter for anyone trying to follow more than one race.
The Stuttgart race is the earlier of the two major women’s events.

From the second outer loop onwards, the sporting question is straightforward. Balsamo and Consonni want enough of the race left together to use their speed. Gasparrini and the stronger attackers need to make sure that does not happen.
