Megan Jastrab
Megan Jastrab is an American professional cyclist who races for UAE Team ADQ. A powerful sprinter and Classics rider with an accomplished track background, she won the junior road race world title in 2019 before establishing herself at Women’s WorldTour level. Jastrab has finished second at Gent-Wevelgem, won the Tour de Gatineau and reached the podium of the Simac Ladies Tour, while also earning an Olympic bronze medal in the team pursuit.

Career overview
Jastrab won the junior road race world title and junior track world titles in the omnium and Madison in 2019 before joining Team DSM for 2021. That year she earned Olympic bronze with the United States team pursuit squad in Tokyo. Her road breakthrough came in 2023, when she won the Tour de Gatineau, finished second at Gent-Wevelgem and fourth at Classic Brugge-De Panne. Jastrab finished third overall at the 2025 Simac Ladies Tour and seventh at the Tour of Britain Women before moving to UAE Team ADQ for 2026. She made an immediate impact with third at GP Oetingen and fifth at Paris-Roubaix Femmes, one of the strongest Classics results of her career.
